THE GREEN AGE OF ASHER WITHEROW Featured Next Week

February will begin with a Booksense #1 Pick, The Green Age of Asher Witherow by M. Allen Cunningham, as our featured “Weekly Read”. Originally published by Unbridled Books in hardcover in 2005, the book will be available as an eBook at a discounted price for the week of February 2nd.
The Green Age of Asher Witherow is a rich, gothic tale of a young soul coming of age during the fabular boom and bust years of an immigrant coal mining town in 19th-century California.
M. Allen Cunningham is also the author of the Unbridled Books novel Lost Son. His short fiction has also appeared in a number of literary magazines, including Glimmer Train, Boulevard, and Epoch. He grew up in California, living for nearly two decades in the Diablo Valley north of San Francisco, and now resides with his wife in Portland, Oregon.
