The Civil will take place at The Creamery Arts Center and Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield, Missouri.
The Missouri Literary Festival brings the Civil War to downtown Springfield in September 23, 24 and 25, 2011. Join renowned Civil War authors, including Jeff Shaara, author of “Gods and Generals” and “The Last Full Measure,” plus historians, poets, artists, filmmakers and historic re-enactors as they provide their interpretations and perspectives on this transformational American conflict.
