Scenes from Provincial Life II
Reading J. M. Coetzee’s Youth in the Lobby of the Roosevelt this afternoon and coming on the passage about his work in the London office of IBM, I remember that in about 1973 I bought a biography of Thomas J. Watson. I believe it was called Think.
Had I actually read it back then would I today be at the cutting edge of The Real Digital Age?
